I'm so glad it's Friday today because tomorrow my niece will be coming to stay with us for the summer and we are so excited. She's so fun to have stay with us.

I've had so many favorite moments from the week. They're all my favorites so I thought I'd share them with you.
Today is this little girls 1st birthday! We're going to spoil her rotten and dump a bunch of toys on the ground for her, take her to Starbucks for a puppuccino, and give her the best belly rubs of course.

Nick received an email to begin out processing for our big move to Italy. It took almost two months for me to warm up to the idea of Italy, but I'm finally fully on board and super excited. Being a part of the military family is kind of cool. We'll get to travel throughout Europe so much cheaper thanks to already living over there. I mean, how awesome is that?! When we lived in Germany, we traveled a lot. The kids were less than two, so now they'll get to experience the culture too.
I'm finally starting to make our home feel like our own. I started painting. I can't believe how much painting can change a space. Sterling's room is my favorite room in the house right now!
We're working on our bucket list and I think this summer will be one of my favorites. We didn't make a jumbo list like last year, but one that we can actually do.
The kids' favorite activity this summer has been playing in the rain. It seems like it rains almost daily here in NC. Last night we sat in the garage while it stormed and once it was done, they took their bikes and drove through the puddles. They have the best time. Do you let your kids play in the rain puddles?
Another day playing with their friend. They played for over two hours on this day! So much fun.
Dreaming of going to the beach {with playdoh}. I'm hoping to take a day trip next week.
I have so much to do today to get my nieces room ready for her. And run a ton of errands.
